We are looking for a Part-time Premises Assistant to join us here at Greenwood Academies Trust, working in the Corby Estates Team based at Studfall Infant and Junior Academies.
The role:
This is a great opportunity to join our Trust. You will be working with our Premises Officer to support the day-to-day management of our site.
In this role, you will maintain the security of the premises and its contents, lighting, heating, and cleaning of premises; including the maintenance and operation of plant.
You will be expected to undertake minor repairs and maintenance of the buildings and site. General handyperson duties would include routine development and maintenance, porterage, minor redecoration, repairs, and other tasks which would not normally require the services of an outside contractor.

The role is to work as part of our Corby Estates team with the main base being Studfall Infant and Junior Academies; however, you may be required to work at any of our 8 sites across Corby.
