Moreton School is a large secondary school serving our community in Wolverhampton, with catchment areas including Bushbury, Low Hill, and Scotlands. The school has a small sixth form and a football academy with links to Paris St. Germain, making it a unique and dynamic learning environment.

Your Role as Headteacher:
* Lead the strategic direction of the school in collaboration with the Trust Board and CEO.
* Drive high educational standards, ensuring exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
* Build a culture of high expectations, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement school improvement strategies to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious goals.
* Oversee financial planning and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A proven leader with at least three years of successful senior leadership experience (preferably at headship level).
* An expert in education with a deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven school improvement.
* A strategist with the ability to inspire, implement change, and drive school-wide excellence.
* A community builder who can engage parents, carers, and external stakeholders to enhance student success.
* A role model with a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the highest standards of professional conduct.
