Key Responsibilities: Guide managers through ER matters, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Provide advice and support on Attendance Management, Performance Management Manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration. Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding. Prepare and analyse HR reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR practices. Support and participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and development programs. Build positive relationships with employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Stay informed about HR policies, procedures, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: A professional with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and reporting. A positive, can-do attitude with a readiness to tackle new challenges and engage in various projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
