What it's like to work here You’ll join the Experience & Programming Team, which oversees all programming and events, marketing and communication, and signage and interpretation. This team is dedicated to connecting people with Wimpole’s unique spirit through interactive activities, engaging stories, and unforgettable experiences. What you'll be doing Your focus will be supporting the Senior Visitor Experience Officer in creating engaging and clear signage and interpretation. You'll also assist with seasonal activities and events, ensuring high standards of presentation and clear communication with visitors. In this role, you'll supervise volunteers, manage rotas, and act as Duty Manager, handling daily operations and incidents. You'll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
