We have a challenging and exciting opportunity in our London office for a talented Creative Photographer to join our growing production. This is a newly created role, giving you a chance to make an instant impact and play a significant role in an early stage of a fast-growing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create inspiring, brand relevant and on-trend imagery for E-com, Still Life and Lookbooks. You will be responsible for elevating the product, ensuring it is commercial, inspirational and in line with our creative guidelines.
* Confidently shoot on model and still life photography, ensuring it is shot in an inspirational forward-thinking style whilst following Oner Active in-house standards.
* Ability to direct models and provide assertive direction on a busy set.
* Execution of lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and exposure in all shots taken.
* Preparing lighting set-ups from scratch and packing down after every shoot. Regularly checking that all equipment is functioning and that the equipment inventory is up to date.
* Manage the upkeep of all studio equipment, props and supplies and organise repairs. Proactively suggest areas for improvement where necessary.
* Act as post-production liaison between our internal and external post producers. Prepare images for the web in accordance with guidelines and accurately archive images for quick accessibility.
* Cropping and final processing of all images, maintaining file size specification guidelines.
* Capture high-quality photographs of events, utilising professional photography techniques and equipment to effectively document and showcase the atmosphere, key moments, and participants.
* Liaise with Studio Manager on scheduling and deadlines for all photography requirements.
* Maintain strong lines of communication with the wider team(s).
SKILLS:
* High technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite workflow (Photoshop) and CaptureOne
* Good knowledge of grip equipment and the ability to set up and break down full sets in a reasonable time
* Technical ability required to troubleshoot and problem solve with all technical equipment related to studio photography
* Excellent technical and retouching skills on both model and flat lay images
* Ability to adapt and execute different shooting methods and shoot types
* Strong communication skills and organization skills with a hands-on, can-do approach
* Ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives
* Team player – build relationships with other internal and external teams
* Strong eye for detail and strives for a high level of accuracy
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment is essential
* Strong team spirit, self-motivation, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years industry experience in studio environment or a similar role for a production agency or fashion/lifestyle brand
* Degree level education in a related field or equivalent experience is great, but not required
* Proven experience with digital cameras and studio lighting
* Excellent post production and retouching skills
* Strong knowledge of grip equipment and the ability to set up and break down full sets in a reasonable times

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the London office and 2 remote. You may be required to travel due to the nature of the role.
