The Change and Delivery Lead role is pivotal in developing and executing tailored strategies that support business initiatives and enhance organisational capabilities. You will coordinate the team and collaborate with stakeholders to manage business development activities, including organisational development, engagement, and business readiness.
The Business Excellence team provide guidance, consult on projects, programs and business change efforts to ensure successful implementation and realisation of benefits. The role also involves providing forecast requirements, governance, and quality assurance on business change and delivery deliverables to ensure they are consistent and fit-for-purpose.
You will
- Influence the overall organisational change and improvement strategy and direction to enable the successful delivery of critical business initiatives.
- Manage and ensure the development and delivery of the portfolio or projects to support Asset Management Optimisation (AMO) priorities and objectives, delivering on time, budget, and quality.
- Provide centralised Project Management Office (PMO) services, including governance, reporting, and resource management of the Business Excellence portfolio.
- Navigate ambiguity and address complex, multi-faceted opportunities that require innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Promote the programme vision to staff at all levels of the business operation, ensuring maximum improvements are made in business operations.
Proven experience in strategic management and organisational development.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive change management experience, including developing and implementing change strategies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives that align with business objectives.
