We are looking for passionate tutors who can engage and inspire learners with diverse needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Moderate/Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD). Whether you are a qualified teacher or an experienced tutor, this flexible role allows you to support young people in a creative and meaningful way.

- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised tuition in Maths, English, or Science
- Support learners with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional needs
- Provide one-to-one tuition in learners' homes or school settings (in-person only)
- Monitor and report on learner progress, offering constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure student engagement
- Maintain accurate session records via our virtual learning platform
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum six months' teaching or tutoring experience in the UK, ideally with SEN/SEND learners
- Right to work in the UK
- Two professional references covering the last two years in education
- Enhanced DBS check (can be processed via ourselves if required)
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with complex needs
- As a registered Agency Worker, tutoring hours are allocated based on demand - fixed hours cannot be guaranteed
- Tutors work under a contract for service and are paid via PAYE
- All tuition placements are fully insured
- Shortlisted candidates must complete our safer recruitment process in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
