Responsibilities
As our Order Management Representative you will process orders for materials from sales staff or directly from customers. You will be happy to work under your own initiative and be comfortable using your own independent judgement.
If you can complement your administration experience with some knowledge or understanding of finance, this could be a great role for you. As well as being able to make an instant impact in the Order Management team, this role can also lead to training and development opportunities which can open doors to a further career in our wider finance team.
You will be...
1. Ensuring pricing, quantities, and terms are accurate per established business policies.
2. Coordinating with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and software licensing.
3. Ensuring all corporate export policies are followed, which includes performing Export Screening and processing Export Checklists.
4. Maintaining detailed and accurate sales records to show evidence of compliance to audit requirements associated with tasks.
5. Working with more experienced team members to resolve complex issues.
6. Demonstrating advanced knowledge in a variety of required tasks, processes, and procedures.
7. Interacting with clients for license installation and software upgrade requests.
8. Performing quality assurance of presentation of physical documentation in tenders.
9. Completing company background forms.
10. Updating the supplier portals of customers.
11. Supporting in the evaluation of opportunities according to the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division sales methodology.
