Start date - ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our after school childcare team. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment, helping children develop social skills and enjoy play-based activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of children effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support children during after-school sessions. Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. Requirements: Experience working with primary-aged children in a similar setting is essential. A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively. A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development through play.
