The Council is dedicated to providing timely support for every child, aiming to ensure a happy and fulfilling life. This comes from focusing on continuous improvement, embracing effective social work practices (systemic practice & relational approach), and empowering staff to have a real impact on children's lives.
The team structure is carefully designed to support staff with manageable caseloads, including a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, and four Social Workers in each team.
