Contentious Probate Solicitor/Legal Exec/Lawyer, Salary circa £45k -£55k + excellent benefits. Hybrid working DOE, Bromley or SE London.
Our client, a Legal 200, Tier 2 private client practice, is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their prolific team. With a strong record in diversity, inclusion, and career progression, this firm is known for its modern, progressive approach and commitment to nurturing talent.
The Role:
With a focus on contentious wills, trusts, and probate, the work includes:
* Inheritance disputes
* Breach of trust claims
* IPFDA claims
* Validity and rectification of wills
* Applications to remove executors/trustees
You would have:
* A solicitor/similar with 1-2 years PQE OR an NQ who has completed a solid contentious probate seat.
* Strong litigation skills with a thorough understanding of contentious probate law
* Proactive and efficient with good case management skills
* Able to perform well under pressure, delivering high-quality results
* Excellent communicator with good attention to detail
