Position & Role Objective of the Management Support Officer: Primarily this role will be in place to support the People & Clinical leads in overseeing the roles set out within the Job Description. It is expected that the MSO roles will hold their own workstreams as set out below but also support the leads. The post holder will take responsibility for supporting the Management Team within the specific Pillars. They will be expected to support the management leads with the clinical or administrative team, and offer support to develop, manage and initiate the relevant work streams. They will be expected to implement evolution our working systems/practices to meet the needs of our patients and business. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical, administrative and PCN staff. They will also be expected to work directly with patients where needed.
