Role overview
Responsible for generating business through Protean. Generating revenue growth from existing HVAC client base that sits outside the Top 50 account strategy. Self-generating sales opportunities for both purchase and service contract revenue. Understanding their requirements and taking care of their HVAC needs through the sale of equipment/services (service contracts and POs).
Criteria
1. Excellent presentation and negotiating skills and experience in a ‘solution’ sales role, as day to day you’ll be selling a high value proposition to our clients.
2. Experience in more complex sales and a technical sell.
3. Extensive sales experience, ideally within a similar sector.
4. Experienced in generating new business as well as managing accounts.
5. A high achiever, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. You will have the sales ‘killer instinct’, but also have experience in a longer sales cycle.
7. You will be a strong communicator capable of handling a wide range of client types with ease.
8. You will have the ability to manage yourself without supervision and provide clear strategy plans to the management team.
