Job Opportunity: Finance Administrative Assistant We are recruiting for a Finance Administrative Assistant to join a well-known family business based in LE3. This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing team at our Leicester Offices, working directly with our New Build Division and Accounts Manager. Position: Finance Administrative Assistant Location: Leicester Offices - LE3 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday Start Date: Immediately Key Responsibilities: Process and place orders for the New Build Division. Cross-check house drawings against purchase orders. Enter orders into our in-house system and order relevant materials. Verify and approve invoices against purchase orders. Communicate confidently and effectively with suppliers. Liaise with New Build personnel. Respond to questions and information requests from the Installations Team. Order stationery as required. Process invoices into Receipt Bank. Essential Criteria: Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in basic Xero accounting software. Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong numeracy and grammar skills. Ability to use calendar software effectively. Why Join Us?
