We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential support to the Operations Manager and project teams. Manage the transfer of information to and from the Client portal, keeping all relevant team members informed by liaising with Engineers, Project Managers, and the Operations Manager.
# Maintain an organized project library, including filing, recording, and reporting systems.
# Collaborate with the Operations Manager to track project progress and identify potential issues, ensuring thorough documentation and sign-offs.
# Adhere to company policies, standards, and initiatives.
Strong academic background, with prior experience in project administration preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a basic understanding of formulas.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail abilities.
Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing project scopes.
Agile approach to work, with the ability to manage complex document flows and multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred hours are 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
