Due to growth and the expansion of services, this is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and dynamic PA to support the Senior Leadership Team.
PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This pivotal role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently manage a wide range of administrative and executive responsibilities.
Flexibility is essential in this role, as priorities may change quickly, and you may occasionally need to adjust your schedule to accommodate key deadlines or urgent matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage the SLT’s schedules, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for the SLT, handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
3. Coordinate and prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
4. Take minutes during key meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
5. Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
6. Support project management and assist with the delivery of SLT-led initiatives.
7. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
8. Perform general administrative tasks and provide additional support as required.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a PA or high-level administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
2. Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and occasional out-of-hours support.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
6. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of professionalism.
8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
