Customer Service Advisor
Rota: Monday - Friday
Salary: £25,000
My client, an internationally known company serving the farming community, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Exeter with immediate effect.
The role of Customer Service Advisor in brief:
1. Produce accurate reports within a timely manner.
2. Ensure the smooth flow of order information throughout the supply chain, liaising with key internal stakeholders to manage orders against available capacity.
3. Execute strategic order reviews to maximise fleet and production efficiency, to include dual dates, mill multiples, drop size and other supply chain principles.
4. Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers.
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Advisor:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
2. You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
3. Confident and competent telephone manner.
