Role Overview:
The HR, Training, Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will play a pivotal role in building a robust learning culture, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
* Support implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s values and legal compliance
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and Team Leads, providing first line guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development
* Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding and integration of new hires into our company culture
* Drive initiatives to foster our diverse and inclusive workplace
* Support initiatives that foster employee engagement and help retain top talent, including performance management processes, career coaching, and professional growth programs
* Support the development of frameworks for succession planning and talent mapping to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and high-potential employees
* Drive our process and approach for talent assessments with our LMS (5mins.ai)
* Training and Learning Initiatives: help design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with organisational goals (with support). Track and analyse key learning metrics to assess the impact of programs and drive improvements
* Identify skill gaps and training needs across the organisation, and design tailored learning programs to address them in line with 5mins.ai
* Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance skill development
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and organisational learning
Compliance, Operational and Administration Excellence:
* Ensure compliance with employment law and industry-specific training requirements
* Maintain accurate records of training and certifications
* Help to make our workplace run smoothly, organising, sorting, and re-stocking where necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field desirable
* Experience in HR, talent, learning and development roles, (biotech, pharma, or tech sectors desirable)
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
* Proficient with HRIS, LMS, and collaboration tools
* Strong understanding of MS Office
* Self-motivated and keen for development
* High level of attention to detail
* Customer focused, keen to deliver a great level of service to their internal stakeholders

At Ivy Farm, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual full-time base range for this role is:
