Internal Sales Team Leader 25 days holiday bank holiday After probation: Pension Healthcare Our amazing forward-thinking client are looking to introduce a Sales Team Leader to support their busy and successful Sale Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing sales support activities, ensuring efficient coordination and accurate case management. The role Organise and manage BDM appointments, including broker meetings and follow-ups. Maintain CRM data accuracy, tracking case progress, leads, and KPIs. Regularly review the sales pipeline and generate reports on activity and performance Support BDMs by preparing sales materials and presentations. Liaise with underwriting, marketing, and compliance to ensure smooth case progression and regulatory alignment. Lead and support the sales admin team, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently. Provide escalation support, problem-solving, and coaching to drive team performance. Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and align team priorities. Monitor and enhance sales targets and report accuracy. Support the team in maximising broker engagement and application submissions. Enhance processes and CRM management to improve reporting and performance.
