Office & Social Media Assistant
Overview: We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team! We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office & Social Media Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, social media management, customer service, and communication with the other staff members. This is a varied and engaging position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both office and digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Support: Organise office procedures, assist team members, and help streamline processes for better efficiency in sales administration.
2. Customer Service: Handle customer service queries, assist with product inquiries, and resolve distribution issues.
3. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content for our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
4. Content Creation: Design professional PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, and promotional materials for business use.
5. Supplier & Retailer Liaison: Communicate with retailers to propose product ranges and manage stock levels.
6. Influencer & PR Coordination: Engage with influencers for collaborations, manage PR campaigns, and develop expertise in influencer-driven marketing.
7. Sales Support: Assist in emailing sales sheets and communicating with clients or prospects.
8. Receptionist Duties: Perform receptionist duties as needed, including managing phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Key Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
3. Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
5. Ability to analyse and solve problems efficiently
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
