Your Impact in the Role: Delivering Engaging Activities: Develop, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of activities that promote social interaction, wellbeing, and inclusion for residents. Research & Innovation: Identify new activities and opportunities, incorporating resident feedback through surveys and consultations to shape programmes that enhance their quality of life. Building Strong Relationships: Work collaboratively with residents, families, colleagues, and external partners to develop activities that meet diverse needs. Promoting Community Engagement: Establish partnerships with local organisations, volunteers, and services to enhance activity offerings and provide additional support to residents. Encouraging Participation: Motivate and support residents to take part in activities that contribute to their wellbeing and independence. Ensuring Inclusivity & Accessibility: Adapt activities to be accessible and inclusive, considering the diverse needs of residents, including those with mobility or health challenges. Health & Safety Awareness: Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards, including the safe handling of equipment when required.
