The Portfolio Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and internal teams, overseeing the management and servicing of Specialist Mortgages. The role involves handling inquiries, processing loan variations, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve inquiries from customers, brokers, and internal teams
* Oversee loan agreement variations and security releases
* Ensure timely repayments for accounts nearing term completion
* Mitigate risks and monitor early warning indicators
* Champion best practices and deliver positive customer outcomes
* Collaborate with internal and external partners
💡 About the Candidate
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has:
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services
* Strong knowledge of servicing, financial regulation, and risk management
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to make informed decisions and manage complex queries independently

* Experience with lending mandates and Real Estate Finance, ideally within Specialist Mortgages.
* Collections experience and understanding of financial regulations
