Job Description
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students needing assistance in English and Maths GCSE
* Create and implement individualised lesson plans to address each student's specific needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to provide feedback on student's performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum in English and Maths
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Experience working with students with learning difficulties
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative educational environment (learners homes or local libraries)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
