The crisis and home treatment teams offer a high-quality assessment and home treatment service as an alternative to hospital admission for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises.

Secondment opportunities/fixed team contracts for up to 12 months or permanent contracts are available. We also offer full-time and part-time working options.

Responsibilities:
1. To provide first line assessments of people experiencing acute mental health difficulties and act as gatekeepers to acute admissions.
2. To rapidly assess people with mental health problems who are vulnerable to hospital admission.
