On-Site Coordinator Liverpool Pay Rate : £27,300 per annum Shift : Tuesday to Saturday Working Hours : 37.5 hours Tuesday-Friday 14.00-22.00 and Saturday 09.00-17.00 We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic coordinator to work at our client's premises. This temporary position has the potential to become permanent. As an Onsite Account Coordinator you will primarily be based on the shop floor in the warehouse Responsibilities Monitor performance & attendance of the workers and escalating any issues Conducting regular meetings and performance reviews with workers. Working with the workers to help increase their performance Attending weekly meetings with shop floor Management to review weekly data Collating, analysing and managing site performance on daily basis Building and maintaining excellent working relationship with both client and candidates. Supporting in recruitment of workers, inductions and site tours.
