The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges). Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional demeanour. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
