Job Title: Practice Administrator Job Type: Full-Time /Permanent Location: Isham, Northamptonshire Salary: £25,000 -£30,000pa (depending on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support within financial services and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and client confidentiality. As an administrator, you will provide essential administrative assistance to our financial advisers and clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Provide administrative support to clients, assisting with queries, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and advisers. Document Management: Prepare, process, and maintain client files and financial documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input and maintain client data into CRM systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed promptly. General Administration: Handle general office administration, including filing, and correspondence. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: Previous administrative experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with financial products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Qualifications: A strong academic background in Maths and English. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with financial management software or CRM systems. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to process and manage large volumes of information accurately. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, advisers, and colleagues. Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines. Confidentiality: Understanding of client confidentiality and data protection regulations, including GDPR and financial services-specific compliance.
