We are looking for an F&B Operations Manager to support the GM in delivering a high-quality experience that is guest focused and has a personal feel. If you enjoy delivering amazing hospitality, coaching, and mentoring a team to success and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role will deliver in bucket fulls. You will need to be organised and have a strong commercial awareness alongside a passion for outstanding food and beverage to truly shine. This role operates 5 out 7 days and includes regular evenings and weekends Priorities of the role This is a senior role within the hotel and reports to the General Manager, deputising for them in their absence You will have fully accountability for the F&B department and will need to balance the hands-on nature with team coaching and KPI delivery to be successful We expect you to embrace being an ambassador for the business and to be a principles led leader to be able to support your team to deliver the genuine bespoke service we thrive for at Polurrian. You will need creative flair and drive to give the current business a competitive edge and to be able to fulfil your key role in the F&B transformation.
