We are recruiting for a Void Property Administrator to join our dynamic and expanding Void Property team. As a Void Property Administrator, you will be integral to the success and expansion of our Void Property services. Collaborating closely with teams across the business, you will coordinate and manage client requirements, ensuring the delivery of a professional, efficient, and seamless service at every stage. Key Responsibilities Include: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications via phone and email to address inquiries and provide updates on property services. Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently. Review and assess property inspection reports to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any issues requiring attention. Perform daily administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Void Property services, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation. Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of property maintenance and inspections. Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring all processes align with company policies and client expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or colleagues, ensuring a professional and seamless service experience. Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Experience in customer service and handling complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience and confidence in using Excel. A methodical approach to work, combined with a sharp eye for detail. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Scheduling experience or familiarity with coordinating workloads/teams would be beneficial. Experience in property or a related field would be advantageous but not essential. A positive, approachable personality with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
