The Role:
Lead and manage the Art & Photography department, fostering a culture of creativity and high achievement.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Develop and refine curriculum plans and schemes of work to inspire students.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Mentor and support staff, creating opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
A strong track record of delivering high-quality Art & Photography lessons.
Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
Visionary thinking with excellent organisational and communication skills.
