Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our Preboarding team in Glasgow. As a Team Member, you will deliver agreed Preboarding & Recruitment activities, as defined by the business and in line with regulatory requirements. Delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience is crucial to the role. You will support candidates and internal stakeholders through the Heathrow recruitment and preboarding process. We are offering two positions: one is a permanent role, and the other is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a minimum of two weeks of in-house, face-to-face training. Responsibilities As a Team Member, you will deliver agreed Preboarding & Recruitment activities, as defined by the business and in line with regulatory requirements. Delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience is crucial to the role. You will support candidates and internal stakeholders through the Heathrow recruitment and preboarding process. Duties will vary, but examples include: Creating and issuing documents, including offer letters and contracts of employment Processing starters and movers in Theo Updating system records Pre-employment Right to Work checks Pre-employment medical requirements Peer checking the work of other Team Members Delivering own work activities to meet the service standards that achieve business requirements – for example, satisfying quality requirements by minimizing re-work (e.g., contract re-issuing or payroll entries) Ensuring exceptional professional and compliance standards are maintained Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure that data is checked and inputted accurately Ensuring all received data is correctly recorded in Heathrow systems to provide an auditable trail of documents and actions Establishing strong working relationships across the team and wider stakeholders Consistently looking to drive process improvement and participate across process or change initiatives Qualifications Good analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines Ideally, you will also have: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is desirable but full training can be provided in the role
