Role Description Amy Jane London is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Stud io Assistant to support the daily operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and multifaceted role. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a constantly evolving schedule, ensuring the studio runs effi ciently. We’re looking for someone who is always one step ahead, flexible, and capable of anticipating needs and handling last-minute requests. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, photoshoots, tradeshows, and international trips, resolving scheduling conflicts when n ecessary.Inbox & Communication Management: Scr een, organise, and respond to emails and social media messages on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely and efficient communication.Trave l Coordination: Boo k flights, accommodation, and transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries.File Management: Mai ntain organised and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, including internal sample catalogues.Offic e Management: Gen eral office management. Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Admin istrative Systems: Imp lement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems.Socia l Media & Customer Relations: Res pond to social media inquiries, assist with influencer outreach, and handle customer service messages.Ad-ho c Support: Pro vide general support to ensure the founder can run the business effectively, handling a range of tasks as needed.Photo shoot Assistance: Ass ist during photoshoots, including lifestyle and studio shoots. Key Requirements: Experience in a similar role is preffered. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all tasks. A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. A passion for the brands aesthetic is an advantage. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in standard office software. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
