Leigh Stationers' Primary Academy has a rare and truly exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced, efficient and personable Office Manager who will join us in May. This is a unique opportunity to join and be part of a highly successful primary school serving a mixed community. The role of the Office Manager is a busy one; there is always plenty to do so we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day to day duties. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day to day running of the administration process across the academy.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.

The basis of this role is permanent working 37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday), Term Time + 1 week of inset and offering an actual salary of £28,247 per annum (£31,527 full-time equivalent) based on experience.

As of 1st September 2024, our Trust comprises 33 geographically organised academies (17 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 24,000 students and employing 4,000 talented staff.
