We need a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a supportive and nurturing alternative provision in Swadlincote. Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the class teacher to support students with SEN, including those with ASD and ADHD.
- Set individual targets and monitor progress, tailoring learning materials to suit each child's needs.
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions for students receiving additional SEN support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can reach their full potential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children's individual needs.
