Role Description:
Production Manager – The Production Managers within the Region are a critical part of the team ensuring the safety, efficiency and welfare of the industrial staff.
The role includes working with the other PM’s the SPOC and the Technical staff within the region to ensure our staff are equipped with the correct tools and equipment to work safely and effectively on both planned work and incoming reactive fault work.
The role involves managing industrial staff working on electricity distribution networks undertaking both planned & reactive duties, ensuring that we meet our targets & goals, particularly focusing on ensuring continuous improvements on OSHA targets, achieving the 12 hour restoration target & assisting with improving our LV & HV restoration performance
Along with a competitive salary between £41,176 + £7,276 (banked) to £49,665 +£8,755 (banked)•

Key Responsibilities:
•
Ensuring that field staff are working in line with company policy & procedures.•
Managing PPE, Tools & Equipment budgets. •
Carryout Site Safety Audits providing feedback to staff & analysing findings.•
Manage direct and indirect costs within their sphere of control.•
Manage enquiries from customers and resolve customer complaints to resolution in the shortest possible timescale.•
Ensure all our industrial staff are fully briefed and the organisation’s goals and messages are accurately communicated.•
Provide site supervision to ensure site works are delivered to time, cost and quality.•
Provide KPIs and management reports that demonstrate the performance of the business.•
Able to prioritize workload, make a decision& identify efficiency improvement opportunities.•

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications: •
C&G 232 or equivalent qualification.•
ILM Level 3 or equivalent.

Essential Experience:•
People/Operational Management •
Possess a full UK driving license.
Desirable Experience:•
Distribution Network Operator background.•
Holds Operational Codes with a Distribution Network Operator.
