As our marketing administrator, you'll be providing administrative support for Head of Marketing and the Sales & Marketing Director.

What you’ll be doing:
At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something ‘Extra Special, Every Day’. That's why every member of our team goes above and beyond to help older people to enjoy full and happy lives.
- To provide generalist, professional and confidential administrative support to the wider Marketing Team.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative duties, i.e. analysis of data, filing paperwork, providing information for Board reports, developing presentations, maintaining plans and Excel tables/reports, all within the specified deadlines.
- Support care homes with collateral and requirements for events. Complete a weekly stock check of collateral on the portal and monthly stock checks with the homes.
- Handling inquiries from residents, families, and external stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.

- Previous demonstrable experience working in a a similar role within a similar environment
- Possess excellent organisation skills and written/ verbal communication skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain high attention to detail and pride in being able to manage multiple workflows at the same time.
- Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
