Defour Partnership is working closely with an award-winning National Social Care Charity, recruiting for a Regional Manager within their North West Region of Halton.

Your Role
The Regional Manager will play a key role in the region's growth plans and develop the Charity's presence as a leading provider in the region with appropriate local brand identity and organizational profile.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of several Services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organization's business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.
The successful candidate will be the registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 5 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 19 Services across Halton.

Skills & Qualifications required:
1. Professional Qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker SVQ L4 or Care and Management L5).
2. Evidence of continuing professional development
3. Medication L3 Training
4. Deep understanding of person-centred care
5. Full UK Driving Licence
6. Experience working to CI/CQC Regulations and inspection processes.
7. Experience working in complex care within a social/health care setting
8. Experience working with MDT and participating in complex case reviews
9. Experience working with people who present behaviors that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life
10. Previous experience working across multiple sites in a health and social care setting
11. Experience leading teams and managing people
12. Experience managing budgets
13. Knowledge of complex care and conditions like epilepsy, autism
