* As aDisclosure Reporting Manager, you’ll be automating the productionand submissions as well as review of the webforms across thebank

Whatyou'll do
Working within ourDisclosure Reporting team, you’ll be responsible for the automationof disclosures across the bank. You’ll be working on the Disclosureautomation project by defining the requirements, providingsolutions and setting up the go forwardprocess.
In addition,you’ll:
* Deliveringhigh quality reporting outputs in line with month-end andquarter-end timetables
* Assessing the impact ofany statutory and regulatory reporting changes and making sure thatall outputs are fully compliant with thesechanges
* Developing and improving processesthrough regular engagement and feedback with keystakeholders
* Contributing to other projects asneeded, and managing the impact of change on people andprocesses
* Promoting continuous improvement andsupporting your team members throughtraining
* Undertaking other duties as needed,and working as part of the wider team to make sure that alldeliverables aremet
The skillsyou'll need
We’re looking foran individual with excellent transferable experience of working ina large multinational financial services environment, preferably inprocure to pay. You’ll have extensive experience leading,motivating and directing a small team, and ideally have experienceof global working.
You’ll needhands on experience of delivering change outcomes and detailedknowledge of finance systems used in the organisation, as well asthe ability to support team members, providing support throughtechnical training and transferringskills.
To succeed in thisrole, you’llbring:
* A relevantqualification and proficiency inaccounting
* Experience of implementing businessprocess and procedural change in a complex businessenvironment
* A good understanding of reportingstandards and accounting policies, and how they align to keyprocesses and reporting
* The ability to applyand consolidate finance skills and knowledge to a broad range offinancial issues through applying technical accountingskills
* The ability to implement operating modeland strategic change
* The proven ability todrive culture and generate several ways forward to achieve teamobjectives
