Up to £39,808 p.a. pro rata.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and student-centred lecturer to work in the large and thriving Visual Arts section at our Lewes campus. You will lead a successful team in the delivery and development of the A Level Photography course, which currently recruits in the region of 120 learners a year across daytime and evening provision. Well-organised, reliable and committed to ensuring a high-quality learning experience, you will have a good degree in a relevant subject, successful teaching experience and you will also possess a teaching qualification )or be prepared to work towards one).
You will be working with young people on a range of skills, covering video streaming and broadcasting, editing and production, photography, and design while giving your insight into the Media industry.
Excellent communication and organisational skills should be matched with a proven track record of high-quality teaching.
Applicants should have a relevant degree or equivalent, a teaching qualification (or be prepared to work towards one), post-qualification experience (desirable) and a student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
