Our client based in Harlow is currently looking for a Transport Administrator to work within their busy Transport office. Transport and Logistics knowledge is NOT essential but is ideal, and the suitable candidate must have a background in an Administration role, training will be provided.
General Admin duties, to include (not limited to): Emails, Totting up Timesheets, Appealing PCN's, Answering the phone to help deal with customer and driver queries.
This role will be Monday to Friday
* Monday is an 8am start until 5pm
* Tuesday to Friday will be 5am till 2 pm
Hourly rates:
* £11.90 per hour PAYE
As a transport administrator you’ll be responsible for the following;
* De-briefing drivers upon their return to the depot
* Checking over all paperwork / stock returns
* Creating Manifests for Drivers
* General admin duties
* Printing collection notes for drivers
