About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic casual coaches to lead sessions in our school age Athletics Programme, delivered at the Regional Performance Centre.
You will be responsible for leading a variety of client groups of varying ability, maintaining participant records, checking teaching equipment, and ensuring a safe environment is provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the teaching/coaching of various client groups
* Maintain and update participant records
* Check teaching equipment and ensure a safe environment
Requirements:
* Athletics Level 2 (UKA Athletics Coach qualification)
* Experience in Athletics coaching
* Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability
* Leadership skills, motivation, and enthusiasm for working with children
Contract Details
£11.96 per hour
Supply/Casual/Relief contract type
Variable hours, including weekends
