Within this role, you will assist with the smooth operational running of our planned refurbishment and cyclical painting contracts whilst holding the customer at the heart of what you do. Core tasks will include: Raising and Processing orders. Conducting a range of scheduled and reactive administrative tasks, including data input, invoicing, letter writing and multiple mailbox management. You will also be responsible for supporting the procurement and ordering of site materials, processing purchase order numbers, taking queries from the client/customer, whilst seeing your tasks through to completion/resolution. What will I bring to the Business Support Administrator role?
