We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager/Assistant for an Accountancy Company based in Stockport.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager/Assistant for the SK2 area, working in a team of 2 managing approximately 160 payrolls, varying in size from 1 employee to 150 employees. The main software used is Brightpay, with one payroll on Sage.
Work will involve:
1. Liaising with clients for payroll information
2. Processing payroll
3. Liaising with HMRC
4. Processing auto enrolment (mainly NEST)
Candidates must have a good knowledge of payroll systems, including setting up new payrolls, SSP, SMP, Pensions, and Auto enrolment requirements and submissions. Proven payroll work experience is required, preferably within an accountancy practice setting.
Hours are Monday to Friday, either 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. This is a full-time permanent role offering £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
