About the Role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping supply chain strategies for our Facilities Management clients. A significant portion of our FM services—including cleaning, catering, waste management, landscaping, and maintenance—is outsourced. Your expertise will ensure these services are strategically sourced, competitively priced, and seamlessly implemented to meet both financial and service quality objectives.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales teams, category managers, and operational leaders to deliver winning solutions that enhance efficiency, drive savings, and ensure a smooth transition for new client accounts.
This is a remote role, and you can be based anywhere in Europe!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Developing Bespoke Supply Chain Solutions – Creating competitive and strategic procurement proposals tailored to client needs.
✅ Managing Financial & Service Commitments – Balancing cost savings with service quality to ensure sustainable, value-driven solutions.
✅ Leading Smooth Transitions – Overseeing the setup of new supply chain operations, including supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and team recruitment.
✅ Driving Innovation – Developing tools, templates, and training programs that challenge the status quo and improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Facilities Management Expertise – At least 5–10 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing within Facilities Management services.
✔️ Strong Financial & Analytical Skills – Ability to develop cost models, analyse budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts.
✔️ Project & Stakeholder Management – Experience handling complex transitions, managing multiple deadlines, and working with diverse teams.
✔️ Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present strategies and influence key stakeholders.
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract management tools, and procurement platforms.
