Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
1. Creating and implementing successful project plans using industry recognized software.
2. Management and reporting of project budget including coordination with procurement team.
3. Ensure that project and company quality procedures together with business management systems are implemented at all times.
4. Document project processes for repeatability and auditability
5. Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
6. Receive demands, analyse, forward internally and keep the team informed of the status of current activities.
