We are looking for new team to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus!
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation as well as delivering a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. You will be helping our guests curate their stay with us by giving advice about the fantastic product offering we have and giving advice about our local area.
We put the fun back in to our guests holiday so if things aren’t going to plan with their break, you will be helping our guests get things back on track by using your empathy and problem solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong and ensuring that any jobs & feedback are logged then followed up with the guest.
This a fast-paced role, you will need to be motivated and love to get stuck in and learn.
About You
We are looking for team with great customer service and communication skills who enjoy helping people.
A team player who supports your colleagues while they support you. You will need a proficient telephone manner and be confident at offering solutions to our guests.
We use different systems to log jobs and feedback for our guests so fast accurate typing skills coupled with being comfortable on a computer is a must.
Within the guest services team, we also look after the check-in experience for all of our guests and meet some guests face to face to talk through anything, they may need help with.
We will provide you with all the support and training you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role.
No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.
Working pattern for this role looks like:
Team Member Plus across Accom and Guest Services. Monday and Friday Cleaning in Maple Walk 10:00 - 15:00 with 15 min break. Then 60 min break before shift in Guest Services from 16:00 - up to 21:00 generally (this can be later on occasion). 3 other working days in the 5.
