Purpose of the Role
Support all members of the Finance Operations Team to achieve their business objective of delivering a high quality, consistent service to finance and business customers.
Qualifications, professional knowledge and Skills
This is an entry level finance role. Candidates must have an evidenced finance career growth mindset and be looking to develop a career within finance having started or interested in studying for an appropriate qualification.
Demonstrable knowledge of O365 tools including TEAMS, Intermediate level Excel, SharePoint (document management and SharePoint site management), MS Tasks by Planner and Word. Basic SAP skills preferred.
Must demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting appropriate stakeholders across the immediate and extended team.
Excellent people skills, with confidence & credibility to challenge all levels of staff within GBF on process compliance matters.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with logical and structured approach to work.
