Monday - Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Site-Based
Salary: £45k (flexible based on experience) + Sodexo Benefits

About the Role
1. Oversee service delivery across multiple lines while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
2. Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure service quality while promoting innovation and efficiencies
3. Lead and manage a team, ensuring recruitment, induction, and proper PPE distribution
4. Seek continuous improvement and network within the industry to implement best practices
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in managing teams to deliver top-tier service and foster strong client relationships
2. Strong communication skills and experience working in a matrixed environment
3. IT literate and financially astute with a broad knowledge of service lines and regulations
4. IOSH Managing Safely qualification, plus background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
5. Experience with Legionella management and risk mitigation, RIPH Intermediate or NEBOSH certification
