We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Consultant to oversee, design, and manage a law firm's annual global employee survey. This role will be crucial in ensuring that the survey process is meticulously planned, communicated effectively, and executed seamlessly across all our offices worldwide.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure seamless execution of the design of the engagement survey.
2. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise and adjusting plans as necessary.
3. Manage relationships with external vendors, including survey providers, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards and requirements.
4. Design and manage annual employee surveys.
