You will support a lady who has learning difficulties and doesn't use spoken word to communicate, successful applicant will be primarily lone working whilst being part of a small supportive team, able to follow approved ways of working including supporting with boundaries with a fun laid back attitude when required. Successful applicant needs to be able to be flexible in their approach to ensure all needs are met at all times and would need to be willing to learn the communication style of the lady you would be supporting Full Manual UK/EU Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role This young man has a very cheeky attitude to life, enjoys the outdoors but not strong winds, throwing and catching balls is a love of his as well as good nutritious home cooked food with the odd cheeky meal out. You will need to be forward thinking, calm under pressure and positive minded to work one on one to allow him to find and enjoy new activities and continue the activities he already enjoys. You will need to support with daily tasks such as meal prep, personal care and household chores. Full training will be given to support him with his health needs.
